- Cancellations:
- More than 7 days before check-in: 3-night deposit refunded (less 5% credit card fee).
- Within 7 days of check-in: subject to a 3-night penalty.
- Monthly/long-term bookings: 1-week deposit, free cancellation 21+ days before arrival.
