You’ll never see anything else like this natural wonder—a network of beautifully-lit natural limestone caves with cascading waterfalls and cool streams. Take a guided tram ride between majestic stalactites and stalagmites with photo stops along the way.
During the sugar crop season, visit the sugar factories and see first-hand how Barbados’ high-quality sugar is produced. A visit to the Portvale factory and sugar museum is sure to be interesting and educational for all ages.
There’s no shortage of activities for the history buff in Barbados. The Barbados Museum, located in the historic Garrison area, showcases Barbadian history from Amerindian settlements to the present day. Just a short distance away is George Washington House, the only location where this former U.S. president stayed outside of North America.
Nature lovers can visit Flower Forest and Andromeda Botanic Gardens, with their breath-taking displays of tropical blooms and foliage.
